Steps to Opt-Out of a Party
  1. Dial *509# on your mobile device.
  2. Follow prompts to enter your ID/Passport Number.
  3. Select Check Status to see your current registration.
  4. Select Resign/Opt-out if you are listed in another party.
  5. Once you receive a confirmation SMS, you can proceed with the ONM registration below.
