Support for small businesses through incubation centers and SME bank funding.
Citizen-led budgeting where 30% of county funds are influenced by citizens.
A "1 Million Jobs" agenda focusing on manufacturing, digital economy, and apprenticeships.
3. Social & Security Reforms
Universal healthcare via expanded SHIF coverage.
Free and compulsory education with strong TVET support.
Community policing based on trust and local oversight.
4. Land, Environment & Technology
National Land Justice Tribunal to resolve disputes.
Full digitization of government services to eliminate corruption.
Promotion of renewable energy and climate-smart agriculture.
5. Phased Implementation
Short-Term: Civic education and party structures.
Medium-Term: Healthcare rollout and job targets.
